Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Prestigant, we want you to love your wig! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Returns
- 30-day window for unopened items from delivery date
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- Custom-made wigs, clearance items, and accessories are non-returnable unless damaged or defective
Exchanges
- Available within 30 days of delivery for unopened items
- Subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Buyer covers return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 30 days at support@prestigant.com with your order number and reason
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship using a trackable carrier and keep your tracking number
- Once received and inspected, we'll process within 5-7 business days
Refunds
- Processed to your original payment method
- May take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Includes full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
- Email support@prestigant.com
- We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping
