Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Prestigant, we want you to love your wig! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns

  • 30-day window for unopened items from delivery date
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • Custom-made wigs, clearance items, and accessories are non-returnable unless damaged or defective

Exchanges

  • Available within 30 days of delivery for unopened items
  • Subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Buyer covers return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item

How to Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within 30 days at support@prestigant.com with your order number and reason
  • We'll provide return instructions and address
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  • Ship using a trackable carrier and keep your tracking number
  • Once received and inspected, we'll process within 5-7 business days

Refunds

  • Processed to your original payment method
  • May take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Includes full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • Email support@prestigant.com
  • We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping
