Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
- During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate: CA$5 on all orders
- FREE Shipping: On orders over CA$50
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 days after processing
- International Shipping: 10-21 days (varies by location)
- We'll notify you of any unexpected delays that may affect your delivery
Shipping Destinations
- Domestic: We ship to all addresses in Canada and the United States
- International: Available to select countries (viewable at checkout)
