Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return a wig I've worn?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered. If uncertain about a style, we recommend trying it on gently without removing tags.

How do I initiate a return?

• Include your order number and reason for return
• We'll provide return instructions and address
• Ship the item back in its original packaging

Can I exchange my wig for a different style or color?

• Include photos of the issue and your order number
