How to Measure Your Head
Follow these steps to measure your head accurately. Use a flexible measuring tape and refer to the illustrations to ensure correct measurements.

Circumference: Measure around your head, starting at your forehead, above your ears, and around the back of your head.

Front to Back: Measure from the front hairline over the top of your head to the nape of your neck.

Side to Side Across Forehead: Measure from ear to ear across your forehead.

Side to Side Over Top: Measure from one temple to the other over the top of your head.

Temple to Temple Across Back: Measure from temple to temple around the back of your head.

Nape of Neck: Measure the width of your neck at the hairline.
